What we’re looking for…  

The Senior Analyst, Data Governance, is someone who is passionate about data and its quality and integrity, understands the importance of collaboration, process governance and enjoys diving deep into business processes. This role is instrumental in ensuring Oatey has data that is reliable, consistent, and accurate.  The Senior Analyst, Data Governance partners with teams across functional areas to identify and help mitigate risks to data quality and accuracy. In addition, this role is instrumental in developing and managing applicable rules and policies to ensure the availability, usability, consistency, integrity, and security of critical data for the Company.

 

Expectations & Accountabilities …  

  • Support the Data Governance Manager in the implementation and day-to-day activities of the Data Governance Organization.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of master data creation processes.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Data Quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Stewards in identification, root cause analysis, and solution identification of Master Data issues.
  • Create and maintain the Master Data Policy, Data Standards, and Material Creation Matrix.
  • Review and implement master data workflows, and technology solutions.
  • Travel will be up to 20% of time.

What you’ll need to be successful… 

  • Experience with SAP/S4 Hana.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing data analytics experience focusing on ERP and Master Data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and strong business relationships and speak up to address difficult issues and/or concerns.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
