Accounting & Finance
Oatey's Accounting & Finance associates are trusted business partners for every aspect of our business. This is a team of data-driven storytellers who use financial information and results to report on what happened, determine where we are and set goals for where we want to be. Turning data into insights empowers our business to make sound decisions and deliver on Oatey's purpose. Key functions on this team include Costing, FP&A, treasury, business development, internal audit and shared services such as accounts payable and accounts receivables.
Brand & Digital Marketing
Oatey's Brand & Digital Marketing team is a creative and entrepreneurial group that challenges the status quo to advance Oatey's voice in the marketplace and connect with Oatey's end users. This team leverages ever-evolving technologies, strategies and platforms to build Oatey's brand equity across product lines and markets. Customer Service
Oatey's Customer Service team supports our end users ranging from DIYers to skilled professional contractors. Customer Service associates fulfill customer orders, troubleshoot technical challenges, establish pricing and ensure Oatey is well-positioned to balance the needs of the market and our business. New Product Development
Our New Product Development team works to conceptualize and design products to meet end-user expectations. Partnering cross-functionally and in a creative and collaborative workspace, this team works to develop new approaches to solving unique and ever-changing application challenges. New Product Development associates touch a wide range of products and technologies, from chemical mixing and blending to stamping and injection molding. Successful associates have strong technical experience and a process orientation to solving challenges.
Product Management & Channel
Oatey's Product Management & Channel team develops and executes go-to-market strategies to profitably grow our product lines and align our growth with our customers' objectives. This is a fast-paced and dynamic team with significant exposure to our business, product offerings and end users.
