Key functions on this team include Costing, FP&A, treasury, business development, internal audit and shared services such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Oatey's Customer Service team supports our end users ranging from DIYers to skilled professional contractors. Customer Service associates fulfill customer orders, troubleshoot technical challenges, establish pricing and ensure Oatey is well-positioned to balance the needs of the market and our business. Oatey's Product Management and Channel team develops and executes go-to-market strategies to profitably grow our product lines and align our growth with our customers' objectives. To be successful on this team, you'll need to be commercially driven, a customer-centric problem solver, good with data and able to travel to customers and trade shows.

Our Supply Chain team ensures that we have the right materials on hand and a plan in place to deliver on our promises. This is a highly collaborative team that relies on vendor partnerships as well as close communication with our manufacturing, distribution and sales teams. We have an extensive and multi-faceted distribution network to help our products get to our customers faster and more reliably than our competition. Oatey's IT team acts as a strategic partner to the business. This team develops strategic roadmaps, supports existing infrastructure and maintains the security and integrity of our systems. Our New Product Development team works to conceptualize and design products to meet end-user expectations. Partnering cross-functionally and in a creative and collaborative workspace, this team works to develop new approaches to solving unique and ever-changing application challenges. New Product Development associates touch a wide range of products and technologies, from chemical mixing and blending to stamping and injection molding.
