What we're looking for...
A National Account Manager responsible for planning, managing, and achieving sales revenue and profit plan for Lowe's and Lowe's Pro Services. This position will handle the Lowe’s account and must live in the Mooresville/Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Expectations & Accountabilities...
- Systematically and strategically prioritize and manage relationships with Lowe's to ensure the needs of the customer are met. 45%*
- Manage account for performance and profitability per budget. 5%*
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively address those needs. 5%*
- Identify and foster growth opportunities within accounts via most effective product placement and promotional opportunities. 5%*
- Analyze sales report to monitor top and bottom-line sales performance. Work with marketing and ecommerce team to jump start underperforming products and expand visibility and opportunities for over performing products. 5%*
- Develop, present, and recommend competitive opportunities for customer’s market niche. 5%*
- Communicate and resolve trends and/or individual account needs within the supply chain. 5%*
- Work with marketing to develop a sound strategy to maintain and/or win line reviews. Includes sales strategy, merchandising development, packaging, and product recommendations. 5%*
- Problem solve in the field. 5%*
- Other duties as assigned. 15%
What you'll need to be successful...
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the Home Improvement Industry, must have experience calling on Lowe's.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Home Improvement Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate strategy and tactics and apply accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, negotiate, measure, and achieve results.
- In-depth organization and creative skills.
- In-depth emotional intelligence: behavioral maturity, demonstrated trust and integrity, high ethical standards, interpersonal competence, and the ability to prevent, reduce and resolve conflict.
- In-depth written and oral communication skills; stand-up presentation and training skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and generate results in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated team and individual leadership skills: decision-making, analytical, team building, and organization skills.
