What we're looking for...
The Incident Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the resolution of IT incidents to minimize disruptions. This role will coordinate communication between IT teams, stakeholders and users; ensuring timely incident resolution, documentation, and analyzing incident trends to improve future responses. Provide regular updates on ticket statuses, including reports and performance metrics. Additionally, the coordinator may be involved in developing incident management policies and training on incident response protocols.
Expectations & Accountabilities...
Monitor incident reports
Coordinate resolution on high priority incidents
Facilitate root cause analysis
Maintain incident documentation
Implement preventative measures to reduce future occurrences
Improvements incident response process where needed
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA’s)
What you'll need to be successful..
5+ years of experience working in IT
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
Qualifications that will set you apart...
SAP experience preferred
