What we’re looking for…
This position is responsible for creating marketing components in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining brand standards and cohesive designs. This position requires a creative, yet meticulous individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Expectations & Accountabilities …
- Produces marketing components to support the organization’s numerous brands, products, and customers. These components can include:
- Product packaging, product displays, brochures, catalogs, product literature, advertisements, social graphics, ecommerce graphics, internal communications, logos, and more.
- Reviews digital printer proofs for product packaging components and literature.
- Works within design guidelines established for the multiple brands under the Oatey portfolio.
- Designs print layouts in compliance with provided product regulations and codes.
- Maintains an efficient archive of finished artwork that can be shared internally and externally, when necessary.
- Manages workload through digital project management system. (Wrike)
- Works closely with Product management, Marketing, Communications, Technical, Engineering and Compliance in creating designs that are accurate and effective to the end-user.
- Supports asset management responsibilities and initiatives.
- Communicates with translation companies.
What you’ll need to be successful…
- Three (3) years of work experience in graphic design.
- Pre-production knowledge and file setup is essential to this role.
- Knowledge of graphic design for print and digital.
- Task and time management skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to proofread own work.
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Must possess artistic sensibility through design elements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
