The City of Cleveland has created a collaborative partnership that includes Built Environment Collaborative, Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, Seed of Literacy, and Esperanza Inc., to name a few. Our vision is to provide employment connections and resources to create upward economic opportunities for everyone from all walks of life.
