What we’re looking for…

Our Manufacturing Technicians are at the heart of Cherne’s Manufacturing.  In this role you will support our overall organization by performs assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, rubber cutters, or other specialty products.

• Work with a safety-first mindset, to include using company provided PPE.
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Complete required production documentation.
• Inspect the product for quality (labels, weights, visuals).
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to be successful…

• Prepare and/or Assemble components according to SOPs by reading, understanding, and following procedures.
• Committed and reliable team player with the ability to meet or exceed production targets.
• Manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
• Follow work schedule-oral and written.
• Effective listening skills.
• Commitment to safety.
• Ability to operate machinery.

Experience that will set you apart….

• Two plus (2+) years of related work manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to operate all types of machinery in the facility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
